Wango's first Blog entry!

Hello ALL! I am so excited to actually have a blog. I have been perusing so many blogs, sites, articles...I thought i would join the movement and have a little piece too! Thanks to Brandee my NLC sister's ambition to give it a go...i thought why the hell not...considering i have been contemplating it for awhile. AND my hubby has been saying I should too....He is like..you spend so much time reading about it, why don't you talk about it too! It will be fun...so here I am.

This day i was looking for some extra motivation on how to catapult my efforts of being fit, and healthy. I have been doing well...but since the challenge started...i noticed a weaning in my drive in the fitness department. I am doing the Maxworkouts https://maxworkouts.infusionsoft.com/go/max-home/wango/ and just last week...i started to falter on my workouts, not finding time...or actually scrimping on doing them fully completely. Its like I was self talking my way out of them, since my food is soo on point. Giving myself a break so to speak...and i know when i start talking like that...im on a slippery slope!! And yes, its a little wet outside! So i have a plan to pick up my socks again! AGAIN!! Im sure it will be lifelong...agains.

So guys, hope i don't bore you to death. Please tell me what keeps you motivated to work out??? Comment below...i need all the help i can get! <3
